The Direct Aid Program

The Direct Aid Program (DAP) is a small grants program funded from Australia's aid budget, providing financial assistance to eligible groups or organisations undertaking suitable small-scale development projects. This program plays an important role in supporting local community efforts towards economic empowerment, social welfare improvement and sustainable development and is an integral component of Australia's overseas development program.

The DAP program is managed by the Australian High Commission in Malta, with non-resident accreditation to Tunisia. The High Commission only considers DAP applications from Tunisia.
